Traveling has always been a certain passion of mine especially when it involves a new place and getting lost so I got excited when my brother turned around to me and said “yeah let’s travel European Capitals for 2 weeks”.
Myself having more time on my hands while my brother being a student with deadlines to me automatically made me the planning person. We cut the choices of places to visit into 7 places;
Paris
Berlin
Budapest
Prague
Copenhagen
Amsterdam
Barcelona
We are going to be spending 2 days in each city and 1 night in hostels while the other night we will be cruising along on the night train to the next destination with the only exception being Barcelona as its our last stop and we plan to relax on the beach.
As I’ve already said we will be traveling by train with a interrail pass which will cover us for 15 days continuous travel in Europe. I think the pass is a great idea as it lets you explore Europe for one flat fee minus some reservations.
Our trip is going to take place from Saturday 15th June 2013 till Saturday 29th June 2013.
The next part of the planning is booking hostels and reservations for connecting overnight trains.
This sounds awesome. I will be in Paris 19th-21st June is I’ve got Muse tickets. Never been to Paris before so I am excited and just starting the planning now. I’ve been to Berlin, Prague and Barcelona. All fabulous, I lost all my Barcelona pics though so I need to go back. Keep me posted on your planning. Jane
